Nope – One Wine is completely free to join and there are no hidden costs.

We wouldn't dream of it. Rest assured, there's no minimum length requirement and you're free to leave One Wine at anytime.

Don't stress, we choose the wine for you each month and it's always a good one.

Your first payment will be deducted when you join One Wine, then all subsequent payments will come out on the 10th of each month.

After you're charged on the 10th, we aim to pack and send every wine by the 15th of the month. We're based in Melbourne, so the wine's arrival date will depend on where you're located. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Maybe, maybe not. If we're able to get our hands on extra bottles, we'll hold onto them for any members who are desperate for more. No promises, but reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Got a problem? We're here to listen. We're proud of all our wines but understand that sometimes things can go wrong, whether it's an accident during delivery or a fault with the wine itself (hey, it happens sometimes). If you have any issues with your bottle, please contact us at members@onewine.com.au and we'll make sure you have a replacement wine on your doorstep as soon as possible.

As we've said, we're really proud of the wines we send each month. They're selected because they're interesting, high-quality wines that are difficult to find (for the price of a membership, at least). We think every wine lover will be able to appreciate every wine, even if it's not a style they'd usually drink, but if you do really, really hate the wine, we're more than happy to chat about it and see what we can do.

We pack all our wines using the Flexi-Hex system. Their packaging is plastic-free, recyclable, biodegradable and compostable, without sacrificing on the high-level protection we need to safely deliver our bottles. The packaging is also reusable, so don't forget to bring it with you the next time you jet off to a wine region.
